乡镇规划发展与农业产业经济前景研究

摘    要
武汉科技大学自考专升本经济学毕业论文乡镇规划发展与农业产业经济前景研究 乡镇建设要实行整村推进，最首要的是搞好规划，尤其是关系到广大农民生产生活的生产发展规划和村庄建设规划。“科学规划”、“规划进村”是建设社会主义乡镇的关键环节。乡镇建设不是将农村城市化，而是要实现农业产业化，农村园林化，实现农村生活现代化。社会主义乡镇不仅包括美好的居住环境，还包括持久延续的生产发展和健康民主的社会生活。为乡镇建设所做的规划应该具有广阔的视角：不仅包括村容村貌、自然村落的“市政基础设施”建设，还应涵盖经济社会环境的协调发展，涉及农村生产和经济前景的展望及预期。因此，社会主义乡镇规划需要多个部门和多个领域专家、需要规划目标所在地农民群众的广泛参与。规划是乡镇建设的基础和前提，是乡镇建设规划的关键和核心。作为规划部门充分发挥自己的作用，按全面树立和坚持科学的社会主义乡镇建设观，从新的安全观、新的产业观、新的人本观、新的市场观、新的科技观、新的投入观、新的生态观、新的政绩观等出发，准确把握社会主义乡镇建设的客观规律，开拓乡镇建设的思路。

Abstract
Township building to promote the implementation of the whole village, the most important is doing a good job of planning, particularly in relation to the majority of farmers in production and livelihood of the development of production planning and construction of village planning. "Scientific planning", "village planning" is the key to building a socialist rural areas. The building is not the rural township of the city, but to realize the industrialization of agriculture, rural landscape, and realize the modernization of rural life. Socialist township include not only a better living environment, but also includes the continuation of sustainable development and production of healthy democratic society. For the township's planning should be done by building a broad perspective: not only includes the village of the old village of capacity, natural villages, "municipal infrastructure" building, economic and social environment should also cover the coordinated development of rural production and economic prospects and expected outlook . Therefore, the socialist planning needs of a number of township departments and experts in many fields, the need for planning target location of the broad participation of the masses of farmers.
